“What They Can’t See” by Brandon Raines

FEATURING A BIRDS EYE VIEW

IT WAS A TUESDAY. I WAS GETTING OFF WORK AND DECIDED TO STOP BY MY FAVORITE STORE, DAISO, TO GET SNACKS FOR MY TRAIN RIDE HOME. I POSTED A PHOTO ON SNAPCHAT AND A FRIEND MINE SAW IT. HE CALLED TO SEE IF I WANTED TO HANGOUT AND SHOOT.  I HAPPENED TO BE ACROSS FROM WHERE HE AND SOME OTHER GUYS WAS WERE. SO I HEADED OVER AND WE TALKED ABOUT GETTING ON A ROOFTOP TO GET THE SUNSET. WE HEADED TO AN AREA DOWNTOWN WITH A LOT OF DEVELOPMENT OF SKYSCRAPERS/APARTMENT BUILDINGS TO SCOUT IT OUT BUT DID EXPECT TO ACCESS THE BUILDING. THE BUILDING WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION STILL AND THE WORKERS WERE GONE. WE SAW A GATE SLIGHTLY OPEN BUT STILL LOOKED AROUND FOR CAMERAS/SECURITY. WE SAW TWO CAMERAS BUT EACH WERE FACING AWAY FROM OUR ENTRY POINT. THERE WERE SIX OF US, WE WENT IN AS PAIRS AND SLOWLY CLIMBED 55 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS, BEING CAUTIOUS AS  IT WAS OUR FIRST TIME THERE. WE FINALLY REACHED THE TOP WHICH WAS LOUD AND WINDY. THAT’S WHEN I SAID “LETS SHOW THEM WHAT THEY CANT SEE“. IT WAS CONSTRUCTION EVERYWHERE, SOME FINISHED SOME NOT. I WENT TO A PREVIOUS ROOFTOP NEARBY ONCE AND NONE OF THIS WAS HERE. ITS AN AMAZING SIGHT TO SEE NOW THAT A SICK SKYLINE IS COMING TOGETHER.  I CAN’T WAIT FOR THE CURRENT PROJECTS TO FINISH, MEANS MORE SKYLINE SHOTS I CAN GET. I MOVED HERE FROM VEGAS YEARS AGO SO THIS IS AMAZING TO ME AND FOR IT TO BE MORE SKYSCRAPERS AND TALLER ONES IS A DREAM COME TRUE
